Your carpet is insured from the moment we take charge of it, and is delivered repaired or washed directly to your home.
Washing
The washing process includes the following steps:

Beating : Beating the carpet is necessary to eliminate the dust that has accumulated and infiltrated into the carpet fibres, up to the base of the knots.

Washing : The carpet is washed (front and back) with water and natural detergents.

Drying : the carpet is dried completely in the special chamber where the humidity is eliminated from the carpet.
